Change how Josh greets callers

Overview

Your greeting is the first thing every caller hears. You can change it any time.

Step by step

  1. Open Account, then Business Profile.
  2. Edit the greeting. Keep it short and natural.
  3. Optionally set a different after-hours greeting.
  4. Click Save.
Good to know — Josh uses the new greeting within about 5 minutes.
