Josh is your AI virtual receptionist. He answers your phone 24/7 and your website chat, speaks English, Spanish, and French, answers callers' questions from your business profile, and books inspections straight into the system you already use, like ISN or Spectora.

Getting set up takes about one business day, with roughly 15 to 30 minutes of hands-on work from you. Here is the whole path from empty account to answering live calls.

Step by step

  1. Sign in and open your dashboard.
  2. Complete your business profile: services, service area, hours, pricing, and the questions callers ask most.
  3. Connect your booking system under Integrations (ISN or Spectora) so Josh can book for you.
  4. Set up call forwarding so your business line rings Josh.
  5. Place a test call and confirm the booking lands in your calendar.
Good to know — Josh keeps your existing phone number. Calls forward to Josh first, and your number is always yours to keep.
