Completing your business profile

Overview

Your business profile is the brain Josh answers from. The more complete it is, the better Josh sounds to your callers.

Step by step

  1. Open Account, then Business Profile.
  2. Fill in your business name, services, and service area.
  3. Set your hours and how you want after-hours calls handled.
  4. Add your pricing and the answers to common caller questions.
  5. Write a short, natural greeting, then click Save.
Good to know — Josh picks up any profile change automatically in about 5 minutes.
