Phone not ringing

Overview

If callers are not reaching Josh, it is almost always one of a few quick things. Work down this list.

How to fix it

1. Check that Josh shows Online and Live in Settings.
2. Confirm your business hours are correct for right now.
3. Confirm call forwarding shows Active.
4. Call your own number from another phone to test.
5. Still not answering? Email support and we will check the logs.
