No. Josh works with the systems inspectors already use, like ISN, Spectora, and others.

Do I keep my number?+

Yes. Your phone number stays yours. If you ever leave, we provide a simple Port-Out Kit so you can move it wherever you want. No lock-ins.

What happens if I cancel?+

Cancel anytime. There are no long-term contracts. Your number remains yours and you can port it out. Josh simply stops handling calls.

What calls does Josh handle vs send to me?+

Josh handles inspection booking, pricing questions, service explanations, and common questions from buyers and buyer's reps. If a call falls outside your rules, or you choose to receive certain calls, he transfers it to you.

How long does setup take?+

Most inspection companies are live within a few days. Setup defines your services, coverage areas, and booking rules, and connects to your existing system.

Is call recording available? Who handles consent?+

Call recording is available where legally permitted. You’re responsible for your state’s consent laws, and Josh can play a disclosure message if required.
