BOOKED SOLID INSPECTOR
SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT

This Subscription Agreement is Document 1 of 2. It is accompanied by the Booked Solid Inspector Service Terms, which form part of this agreement.
This agreement is between Outcrop Holdings, Inc., a Florida corporation doing business as Booked Solid Inspector ("we," "us"), and you.

Four engines, running from the day you go live:
Plus your Business Center dashboard, and we set the whole thing up for you. You don't build anything.
Growth Accelerants are optional add-ons you can buy separately at any time. They're listed on your Order Form and described in the Service Terms.
Your plan and price are on your Order Form. Billing starts when you go live, not when you sign up — you're not charged while we're setting you up or while your phone number is porting. Setup fees for Accelerants are charged when you buy them.
Month to month. No contract. No minimum term.
Thirty days' notice, any time, for any reason. We can end it the same way.
What you keep
We'll export your data for you on request within thirty days. After that, we delete it — the timing is in the Service Terms.
What you don't keep
Local Microsites. We build and own those — you lease them. After twelve months, you can buy one for seven times the monthly fee if you want it. Details in the Service Terms.
1. Your phone number has to be ported to us. Call forwarding doesn't work for this, and we don't offer it. We'll send you a port-out kit within three business days of the port completing, so you can take your number with you whenever you want.
2. Josh holds your calendar. From go-live, bookings go through the system — including yours. If you book jobs somewhere else as well, sooner or later you'll both take the same slot and two people will be expecting you at the same time.
3. Calls are recorded. Josh tells every caller at the start of the call. You don't have to do anything. Recordings and transcripts are in your Business Center for 12 months.
4. We don't hide bad reviews. Every one of your clients gets the same ask, with the public review link and the private feedback link side by side. Screening people first is called review gating — Google prohibits it and can strip every review you've ever earned.
5. Our liability is capped at one month of your base subscription. That's the same principle as the limit in your own inspection agreement, which caps you at the inspection fee no matter how big the claim.
We'll email you at least thirty days before any material change takes effect, and you can leave in that window if you don't like it. Details in the Service Terms.
The Service Terms cover the rest — how we handle your data, what we're responsible for and what we aren't, the terms for each Accelerant, and how disputes get resolved. They're part of this agreement.
