This site went LIVE on 3 September 2026. It is now bookedsolidinspector.com — the address below still works and serves the same pages.

Report · updated Thursday 3 September 2026

Your new site is up. You can send it to people today.

The pages you built are now a real website. It has its own web address. Every page opens, every picture shows, and we clicked every link to make sure it goes where it should. We found five pages that nobody could have reached, and we fixed them. We put no prices in. Every link on the site now works.

Where to see it

Click this. It works right now.

Send the first one. It looks like a real website. The second one works too. We keep it as a spare in case anything goes wrong with the first.

Who can see it

Anyone you send the link to. Nobody else will find it by accident. Google is told to stay away, and no other page links to it. But there is no password. So send it to people by name, the way you did in August.

The short version

You asked for three things. Here they are.

1

Do the links work? Yes. Every one. We clicked every link on the site, the way a person would. 187 links, and not one dead end.

2

Does it hang together as a website? It does now. When your files arrived they were separate pages. Links between them pointed at the old site. We fixed that, so the site now holds together on its own.

3

Are the prices still blank? Yes. The pricing page still says $XXX, just as you asked. We did not put a number anywhere.

The biggest thing we found

Five of your pages could not be reached

You wrote six pages about the extra services. The "Ways to grow" page talks about all six. But it only had a button for one of them.

So five finished pages sat there with no way in. Nothing looked broken. No error came up. The pages just never got seen.

This is the kind of fault that is easy to miss. A broken link shows you it is broken. A missing link shows you nothing at all. Chad would have read that page and never known there was more.

We added the same button to all five. They now read: See how it works →, the same as the one you already had.

We also changed one name. The "Ways to grow" page still called it The Home Pro Network. The page itself already had the new name. So we made them match: The Homeowners' Complete Resource Directory.

Josh and the green shirt

You said it on the call. Parker got smartened up and Josh did not. Josh was still in the old green shirt.

You were right. And the fix was easier than we thought. The new picture was already on our computer. It is the one where he wears the navy shirt, like Parker's. It just was not being used on the Meet Josh page.

Josh now wears the navy shirt on every page he shows up on.

We got this wrong first, and then fixed it

We first told you a new photo of Josh would have to be made. That was wrong. There are three Josh photo files and the names do not say which is which. We compared their sizes instead of just looking at them. Two of them are the green shirt. One is the navy one. We should have opened them.

The buttons under Parker and Josh

You wanted the three buttons in this order, and all the same size:

Type · Speak · Habla

They are. On all fourteen pages that have a chat box. None of them has a big red button any more.

One thing worth knowing. The instructions said to skip the Meet Josh page, because it has no Parker on it. That was true. But it meant nobody ever checked Josh's own buttons, and his were in the wrong order too, with a red one. Your new Agent Engine page is what showed it up. Both are fixed.

The Business Center page

You opened this page and saw a dark page with a broken picture. It did not look like the rest of the site at all.

Your page was never wrong. The website was handing you the wrong page. It was showing you the old Business Center page from the current site, instead of the new one you built.

Your page is red, white and blue, the same as your home page, with four pictures that all work. That is what you will see now. Give it a refresh.

Why this happened

A few web addresses on our system were set up before the new site existed. They were told to always show one exact page. When the new site arrived, those old instructions still won. So one page on the new site got answered by the old one. We moved the new site to the front of the queue, and it stopped.

What you sent back, and what is left

1

The missing page is done. You wrote it. We asked for one thing, and you sent it the next morning. "Who built this, and why should I listen?" now opens your Why page.

That was the last broken link on the site. There are none left.

2

The picture you sent us. Thank you for it. We did not need it in the end, because the page it was meant to fix was the wrong page.

But it is still useful. Your live site has the same broken picture on it right now, at the Business Center page, where real visitors can see it. Your picture is the fix. That is a change to the public site, so we have not touched it. Say the word and it takes two minutes.

Your 3 September update

You sent three things. All three are live.

What you sentWhat happened
The Why pageLive at /why. Last broken link closed.
A new Ways to grow pageIn. Cards are down to the quote and the button.
Make the logo click homeDone on all 16 pages.

The logo one matters more than it sounds. When somebody gets lost on a website, the first thing they click is the logo. Yours did nothing. Now it takes them home from any page.

Two things you asked for were already done

You said the "Who built this" box on the home page pointed nowhere and needed fixing. It was already pointing at the right place. It went nowhere because the page did not exist yet. Now that you have written the page, it just works.

You also fixed the five hidden pages yourself in the new Ways to grow page. Our own fix would have added a second button under each one. We caught that and turned it off, so your version is what shows.

What we did not touch

ThingWhy we left it
The prices ($XXX)You asked us to. Still blank.
The live siteIt keeps all its visitors. Nothing changed there.
Service Terms 4.8(d)Legal. Needs you. You flagged it too.
The Josh booking scriptThat gets switched on at go-live, not now.
Sign-up and paymentNot built yet.
Your August draft pageStill works. It moved to /section.

What I think of it

You asked, so here it is straight.

It is much better than the site you have now, and it fixes the exact problem Chad had. Your current site opens by explaining a system. This one opens with a question the reader is already asking.

The strongest part is where you tell people not to buy something yet. On the "Ways to grow" page you say that if someone just needs ten more jobs a month, they should wait and let the four engines work first. That buys more trust than any sales line on the page. Same with saying out loud that some ad money always gets wasted. That is the voice that will work on Chad.

Three things I would change

1. The "Ways to grow" page is a lot to read. It runs six long pieces one after another in a single scroll. The writing is good. There is just a lot of it in one go. The five new buttons help, because the detail now has its own page to live on. If you trim one page before Chad sees it, trim this one. Keep the first line, the name, and the button. Move the rest onto the page it already has.

2. The missing page. Done — you wrote it. It answers the first question an inspector like Chad asks, and it is a strong page. Worth reading out loud once before you send the link.

3. One small thing to mention in your email. The Terms, Privacy, Contact and Get Started links take the reader back to your current site. Those pages are not part of this redesign, so they are the old design. Nothing is broken. But Chad will notice the change, and it is easier if he is told first.

One thing I would not change. Leave the $XXX. It reads as honest, not unfinished, because the page around it explains the shape of the fee: one flat monthly amount, month to month, no setup charge, no contract. A person can judge the offer without the number. That is what you want at this stage anyway.
