This Privacy Policy describes how Outcrop Holdings, Inc. ("Outcrop," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and discloses information when you visit BookedSolidInspector.com (the "Site") or interact with the Booked Solid Inspector service (the "Service").
Booked Solid Inspector is a subscription business-building system sold to licensed home inspection companies ("Subscribers"). Homeowners, real estate agents, and other members of the public interact with the Service in two ways: by calling a Subscriber's business telephone number or visiting a Subscriber's website, and by interacting with our AI agents Parker and Josh on this Site.
Please read this Policy carefully. By visiting the Site or otherwise interacting with the Service, you acknowledge the practices described below.
Outcrop Holdings, Inc. is a Florida corporation. Questions about this Policy may be directed to us using the contact information in Section 14.
Our role differs depending on whose information is involved:
We are the controller of Subscriber account information, Site visitor information, and information collected when you interact with Parker or Josh on this Site. We decide how that information is used.
We are a service provider with respect to information about a Subscriber's own customers — including callers to a Subscriber's business number. We process that information on the Subscriber's behalf and at the Subscriber's direction. The Subscriber is the controller of that information.
This distinction matters when you exercise privacy rights. See Section 10.
When a home inspection company subscribes to Booked Solid Inspector, we collect information necessary to establish and administer the account. This information is provided directly by the Subscriber and may include:
When a caller contacts a Subscriber through the Booked Solid Inspector AI voice agent, the following information may be collected:
Call recordings and transcripts are generated for the Subscriber's business purposes — quality assurance, booking accuracy, and dispute resolution. Callers are notified at the start of every call that the call is being recorded.
Parker and Josh are AI agents available on BookedSolidInspector.com by voice call, Spanish-language voice call, and text chat. They are separate from the calls described in Section 3.2, and information you provide to them comes to Outcrop rather than to any Subscriber.
When you interact with Parker or Josh on this Site, we may collect:
Demonstration bookings are not real appointments. A booking made through Josh on this Site is entered into a demonstration account maintained by Outcrop. It is not transmitted to any home inspection company, no inspection is scheduled or performed, and no payment is collected. See our Terms of Service, Section 4.
How we use these interactions. We review individual conversations to check accuracy, correct errors, and improve how our agents handle calls. We do not use these recordings, transcripts, or chat logs to train artificial intelligence models. Reviewing a conversation for quality is not the same as training a model on it, and we do not do the latter.
When you visit BookedSolidInspector.com, we may automatically collect:
If you submit a contact form, request a demonstration, or otherwise communicate with us through the Site, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, company name, and telephone number.
Outcrop delivers the Service in part through third-party platforms. Information described in this Policy resides primarily within those platforms rather than on servers Outcrop operates itself. Payment card data is held by our payment processor and is never received by Outcrop.
Some information — including system logs, records displayed in the Business Center, cached content, and routine backups — necessarily passes through or is retained on infrastructure Outcrop controls. We apply the safeguards described in Section 8 to that infrastructure and to our configuration of third-party platforms.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use call recordings, transcripts, or chat logs to train artificial intelligence models.
Outcrop shares information only as described below. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We share information with vendors and service providers that support our operations. Each is contractually required to protect the information and to use it only for the purposes we specify. Those providers fall into the following categories:
A current list of our material service providers, identified by name, is available on request from the address in Section 14.
Call recordings, transcripts, and booking data arising from calls to a Subscriber's number are made available to that Subscriber. Subscribers are independent businesses operating under our Customer Agreement and are responsible for their own handling of caller information under applicable law.
We may disclose information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of any person.
If Outcrop is acquired, merges with another entity, or transfers all or substantially all of its assets, personal information held by Outcrop may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify affected parties by updating this Policy prior to any such transfer.
Subscriber account data is retained for the duration of the Subscriber's active service agreement and for a reasonable period afterward as needed to resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or comply with legal obligations.
Call recordings and transcripts arising from calls to a Subscriber's number are retained for twelve (12) months from creation, consistent with Section 7.3 of our Customer Agreement.
Following termination of a Subscriber's account, we make that Subscriber's data available for export for thirty (30) days, and then delete or permanently de-identify it within ninety (90) days. This does not apply to information we are required to retain by law, information reasonably needed to resolve a pending dispute, billing and transaction records, or copies held in routine backups that are overwritten on our ordinary backup cycle.
Recordings, transcripts, and chat logs from interactions with Parker or Josh on this Site are retained for twelve (12) months and then deleted.
Website analytics data is retained in accordance with the retention settings of the applicable analytics platform. Contact form submissions are retained until the inquiry is resolved and for a reasonable period afterward.
Deletion from third-party platforms is subject to those platforms' own deletion processes and timelines.
Where you provide a telephone number through a form on this Site or in conversation with one of our agents, we may contact you about the Service. We send text messages only where we have the consent required by applicable law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
You may opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message, and out of text messages by replying STOP. Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional or service messages related to an active account.
Outcrop maintains reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. We apply those safeguards to our own systems and to our configuration of the third-party platforms described in Section 5.1, and we select providers that represent they maintain commercially reasonable security practices.
No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If we become aware of a security incident affecting personal information — whether it originates in our systems or in a third-party platform — we will notify affected parties without undue delay and as required by applicable law. Nothing in this Policy relieves us of any notification duty imposed by law.
If you believe your information has been compromised, please contact us immediately using the information in Section 14.
BookedSolidInspector.com uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site and understand how visitors use it. Cookies are small data files stored on your device.
Types of cookies we use
Your choices. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect Site functionality. Where we offer a cookie preference control on the Site, you can use it to opt out of analytics and advertising cookies.
Global Privacy Control. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or extension transmits a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of targeted advertising and of any sharing of your information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We do not respond to legacy "Do Not Track" browser signals, which lack a common standard.
Depending on your state of residence, you may have some or all of the following rights with respect to personal information we hold as a controller:
How to exercise a right. Contact us using the information in Section 14. We will verify your identity before acting on a request. We respond to verified requests within the time required by applicable law, generally forty-five (45) days, with one extension available where reasonably necessary.
If we deny your request. We will tell you why. You may appeal our decision by writing to the address in Section 14 with the word "Appeal" in the subject line. We will respond to an appeal within sixty (60) days and explain the reasons for our decision. If we deny the appeal, we will provide you with a method to submit a complaint to your state Attorney General.
If you called a Subscriber's number. Outcrop acts as a service provider to that Subscriber for your call information. In most cases your request should be directed to the home inspection company you contacted. If you send the request to us, we will forward it and assist the Subscriber in responding as required by law.
If you interacted with Parker or Josh on this Site. Outcrop is the controller of that information, and you may exercise your rights directly with us.
The Site and Service are intended for business use by licensed home inspection professionals and their customers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of eighteen. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will take steps to delete it promptly. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, please contact us using the information in Section 14.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services, including the Home Pro Network directory operated on Subscriber websites. Outcrop is not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.
Subscribers operate independent businesses. Their collection and use of information — including information about their own customers — is governed by the Subscriber's own privacy policy and applicable law, not by this Policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, the Service, or applicable law.
When we make a material change, we will update the version number and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy and post a notice on the Site. Where we hold your email address and the change materially affects how we handle your information, we will also notify you by email at least thirty (30) days before the change takes effect.
Your continued use of the Site or Service after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy. Prior versions are available on request.
